- Waves now have themes shown in the preview, towers beside a sprinkler fire faster, moles burrow once at half health, and an unfired tower can be undone for a full refund within 5 seconds.
- Before a moth wave the preview shows how much of the moths' flight line your anti-air towers cover, and can draw it on the map.
- The controller section of the controls guide now appears in Japanese, Chinese and Spanish instead of English.
- A lost round names the wave that cost the most flowers, the pest that leaked most and the weakest path segment; shop buttons show the exact coin shortfall.
- Today's Garden ranking accepts only rounds on the current rules, so older rule versions no longer share a board.
